almost transparent in daylight
I absolutely love vivid glitter cream. It applies so well on facepaint without smudging. But For regular designs (non-neon) this glitter is more transparent and does not look vivid. Does not pop out at all. Disapointed as I have many others VGC that say UV but still look fantastique in daylight. Have not tried it yet with UV. Wanted to share for those who do not do UV events
